I wanted to point out that in the last paragraph of posting 246 I said, "The most negative effect of the excessive WIP in this healthcare scenario was unhappy patients which caused the patient satisfaction metric to increase significantly.
It should be, "The most negative effect of the excessive WIP in this healthcare scenario was unhappy patients which caused the patient satisfaction metric to decrease significantly." Thank you Bruce Nelson for pointing this out.
