Job Openings in San Diego, CA and Jacksonville, FL for LSS Black Belts with Healthcare and TOC Experience

Good morning everyone.  Yesterday I received an email from my company's (NOVACES) President, Ivan Radovic indicating the need to hire two Lean Six Sigma Black Belts with Healthcare experience for two locations, San Diego, CA and Jacksonville, FL.  NOVACES is looking to fill these two positions in the next 2-3 weeks.  I have posted the Job Descriptions below.  If you meet these qualifications and live in the San Diego, CA or Jacksonville, FL area, please send your resume to Ivan Radovic at iradovic@novaces.com

Job Description:
Provide Lean Six Sigma consulting and training services for clients in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide leadership / management teams during Lean Six Sigma deployment in healthcare organizations.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training in a classroom environment and facilitate hands-on exercises and simulations.
• Provide individual mentoring and coaching to Lean Six Sigma practitioners working primarily clinical projects
  Desired Skills and Experience
  Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Black Belt with industry certification
• Minimum 7 years experience working in clinical environments
• Experience assisting senior management with Six Sigma deployment in the healthcare industry
• Experience managing Lean Six Sigma project portfolios, leading Black/Green Belt training, and providing focused mentoring and coaching
• Demonstrated mastery and application of Lean and Six Sigma
• Dynamic communication skills with ability to work at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and change management skills
• Exceptional computer skills including operation of Microsoft Office and Minitab
• College degree (BS/BA)
• Willingness to travel
  Preferred:

• Graduate degree (MBA/MS)
• Military experience
• Working knowledge of The Joint Commission’s requirements
• Experience applying Theory of Constraints
